Pack Your Items
Securely place the item in its original box with all tags, dust bags, and protective materials intact to ensure it arrives back in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
